Web app for performing compliance assessments for school governorship.
SGCP Consultants were contracted to Enfield Local Education Authority to provide an online portal which would allow authorised personnel to perform self reviews as part of the Governor Review, Accountability and Support Programme (GRASP).
We were tasked with building a portal to allow assessments, reviews and end of year certification for 80 schools, allowing assessors to enter evidence, upload supporting documents and set up action plans. The assessments would be reviewed by external reviewers, and at the end of the academic year the school would achieve (or not) certification for the GRASP programme, which was supported by the Department for Education.
An administration section was built so that the LEA could manage the portal, and there was a reporting suite for assessors to manage progress and check results.
